Travelling by train

You are strongly advised to use the `bus from Coventry Station which will take you to the Warwick Arts Centre, Central Campus. A free Assembly shuttle bus will run frequently from the station (and there is also a service bus route No 12. The journey time is approx. 20 minutes.

By National Express Coach

There are coaches to Coventry Pool Meadow Bus Station and then the regular service bus route No 12 from there to the Warwick Arts Centre at the University.

By Car

ASSEMBLY ACCOMMODATION RECEPTION is In the Rootes Social Building, just opposite the Arts Centre

Most accommodation will be in the Jack Martin and Arthur Vick Halls. All these rooms will have en suite bathrooms and are equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, an Internet connection and a hairdryer. Your room may not be ready for occupation until 3.00pm - check with the accommodation reception. If your room is not ready, your luggage can be left at the Left Luggage at the Rootes Social Building until after the first plenary session. It is open 7.00arn to 11.00pm. Porters will be on hand to give you every assistance.

Car Parking

There are car parks near to the residential halls. Car Parks 6, 7 & 8 have been allocated for our use. There is free parking at all these locations, but no general parking is available near the Rootes Social Building or the Arts Centre. Please consult your campus map. There is limited disabled parking outside the Arts Centre.
